Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms at your own pace before enrolling in any Witcha Labs course. They set out what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.

Last updated: 15 May 2026

1. About These Terms

These terms govern your relationship with Witcha Labs Co., Ltd. ("Witcha Labs", "we", "us") when you access our website at witchala.live or enrol in any of our courses. By enrolling or using our website, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will note the revised date above. Continued use of our services after any change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

2. Our Services

Witcha Labs offers online AI development courses delivered in English, designed for learners based in Thailand. Our current programme consists of three courses:

  • Getting Started with AI Programming — 12 weeks, ฿7,200
  • Practical Machine Learning Projects — 16 weeks, ฿11,000
  • Full-Stack AI Development Track — 24 weeks, ฿13,900

Course content, schedules, and pricing are subject to change. We will give reasonable notice before any change affects an active enrolment.

3. Enrolment and Access

To enrol, you must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate contact information. Access to course materials is granted after payment is received and confirmed. You may not share your access credentials with others.

We do our best to keep course materials available throughout your enrolment period. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may occasionally cause brief interruptions; we will do what we can to keep these to a minimum and to let you know in advance where possible.

4. Payment and Fees

All course fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of enrolment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout.

If a payment fails or is reversed, your access may be suspended until the balance is cleared. We will contact you first to understand the situation before taking any action.

5. Refund and Withdrawal Policy

We want enrolment to feel like a considered decision, not a pressured one. If you change your mind within 7 calendar days of your enrolment date and have not accessed more than the first module of the course, you may request a full refund.

After that window, we are not able to offer refunds for change of mind, but we are happy to discuss deferral to a later intake if circumstances change. To request a refund or deferral, write to us at [email protected].

In the unlikely event that we cancel a course before it begins, we will provide a full refund of fees paid.

6. Learner Conduct

We ask that you treat fellow learners, mentors, and staff with consideration. Behaviour that disrupts the learning environment — including harassment, dishonesty, or misuse of shared spaces — may result in removal from the course without a refund.

Work submitted for assessment should be your own. Where collaboration is encouraged, this will be made clear by the course team.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials — including videos, written content, exercises, and code examples — are the intellectual property of Witcha Labs or our licensed content partners. You may use these materials for your own personal learning but may not reproduce, share, or sell them without our written permission.

Work you create as part of course projects belongs to you. You grant Witcha Labs a non-exclusive right to reference your work in an anonymised way for educational purposes, unless you ask us not to.

8. Mentor Support and Availability

Mentor support is included in each course as described in the course outline. Mentors typically respond to questions within two working days. Support is available in written form through our course platform; we do not offer real-time individual tutoring as a standard part of any programme.

We assign mentors based on availability and expertise. If a mentor becomes unavailable, we will arrange an appropriate substitute with as much notice as possible.

9. Certificates of Completion

Learners who complete all required modules and submit the final project may request a certificate of completion from Witcha Labs. This certificate records that you finished the programme; it is not a professional qualification or accredited credential. We describe it as a record of completion, nothing more.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Witcha Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Our liability for any claim related to a specific course will not exceed the fees you paid for that course.

We take reasonable care in preparing our content, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be accurate, complete, or up to date. The field of AI moves quickly, and course content reflects the state of the field at the time it was prepared.

11. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Some courses involve working with third-party platforms, libraries, or services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any changes, outages, or issues arising from those platforms.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal data with care and in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
